I read the announcement there and on the NBC site.
I am confused. Do we have to purchase a subscription to something or register our email?
I followed one link and it took me to my local cable TV station. I would have to purchase an additional digital package to get the Oxygen station.
It talks about two or three ways to receive the stream. One is pod casts on the NBC site which I understand. But, I do not understand the other two.

Did you go to this site?

I am annoyed that it does not work on my G4 Mac.

ETA: You might have to download "Silverlight" from this site

Thanks for your thoughts Cookiepony.

I already have "Silverlight" and I have watched those videos.
I was wondering about the live streaming.

Will we be able to watch live streaming on the computer?

When I went to the USEA press release, the hyperlink to NBColympics.com
is bad. Instead it brought me to a website called nbcOLYPmics.com -very confusing.

Use this one instead
http://www.nbcolympics.com/equestrian/index.html

If you go to the tv/on-line page of www.nbcolympics.com, then search for equestrian events on a particular day, you will see both the tv and on-line streaming schedule.

This is great except for all of us with MAC computers. IIs it true that we can't use any of this?

The links have been fixed on the USEA press release - sorry about that!

Yep. Unless you have an Intel chip in your computer (you purchased in 2006 or later) you (we) are out of luck.

Sucks, no?
