My credit card has been charged and still no pictures. I have e-mailed a couple times and no response.

I finally got my photos a week or 2 ago...from an April order :confused:

Unfortunately, this is likely a case of the photographer in question biting off more than she can chew when it comes to doing business and having poor organization. Even some of the big name photogs in the horse show world do things the same way she does because small photography businesses like the one here will try to take in as much work as they can and let things happen as they may. That's not the kind of photographer you want to really depend on or work with. But unfortunately, it's what you are stuck with.

I don't mind waiting for the photos, if she would just respond to e-mails and let me know when I can expect to get them.

Same here, no replies to phone messages or emails. I talked to Carolyn a couple of weeks ago and she was going to see if she could reach Nancy. I finally gave up and called my credit company today, told them the story and I am disputing the charge. Very frustrating. :(

We usually run 2-3 weeks for delivery. But all current orders, including Surefire (shot last weekend), will go out on Monday.

Guess ya'll in Virginny need us to come over there and shake things up a bit! :D

Has anyone tried physically visiting her studio/business location? She has events there regularly so I'm sure you can get some sort of closure to this if you visited her politely.

Here is the address for her studio: 200 W. Main Street, Suite D, Middletown MD. If you can't get any communication going, I think you should probably visit her in person to see if she's even still in business.

At least you got pictures to order. I just checked their website and not only are the BN pictures not all up from May, but my name is not even listed on there. :sigh:

hmmmm. Middletown is just 10 minutes down the road from me. Maybe I'll swing by there tomorrow morning and see if she's still there.
