YAY It's a Boy! Now I need help with "B" names.

I am in LOVE......At 10 am this morning my mare Nyla had a colt. He is black with 4 whites and a blaze. For a maiden mare Nyla is being a super Mom and is in love with him also.:yes: We are thrilled with the both of them!

I can't believe I have no names picked out yet....so if any one has any idea's of "B" names it would be much appreciated!:)

I really like Beauregard and Beau for a barn name. He is great! He looks like he will be black. My colt looked black when he was born, but once he dried he was a bay, now that he is shedding out he is even darker. He will be dark bay like his dad.

So I think that yours should stay black. Surprising that he is black, does she have black in her family? Balou is by Galoubet who was chestnut right? Galoubet is also my colts grandfather.

Your mare seems to be more a liver chestnut too, it is pretty cool you got black. That was I was thinking Escapade!

Good luck with him, Balou is a gorgeous stallion, I just got the videos of him and Couleur Rouge. I love them both!

Thanks Karin..that means a lot to me. 11 months was a long wait I use to go on your website to drool and dream over your Beautiful Balou fillies. I was a bit surprised when I saw black legs coming out...I was so set on a Chestnut filly with lots of chrome like Mom.:lol: You just never know!
