Okay. So I want to find any stallions in the US that are sired by Quidam. I cant afford a stud fee for Quidam, but would love to find a son of his to breed too. Anyone know of any?

He's a Selle Francais. Here's an article about him:http://www.horsemagazine.com/BREEDINGBARN/GREAT_STALLIONS/quidamderevel/quidamderevel.html

There is Quinar at Fox fire farm (http://www.foxfirefarm.us/). Available fresh, cooled and possibly frozen.

And also Quite Easy at Hilltop (http://www.hilltopfarminc.com/stallions_int_quite_easy.htm) Available only frozen (I think).

I love Quite Easy, who is represented here in the United States by Hilltop Farm, but the horse himself is in Europe.

Beaulieu's Coolman is actually in Wellington,Florida under the saddle of Yann Candele.

If you are not too far, you could go and have a look at him. His owners are lovely people to work with and they have a lot of foals from Coolman on their website. I know few Coolman's colts have been sold as stallion prospects to the USA (Beaulieu's Cool John in Florida, Beaulieu's Cool Skybraker at www.tamarackhill.com ).

Hope this will help !

There are pictures and quite a bit of information on Quite Easy on Hilltop's website, Quite Easy (http://hilltopfarminc.com/stallions_int_quite_easy.htm). My girlfriend has a filly by him out of a Zeus mare. The filly is gorgeous and is NOT for sale. She will be started and do the Young Jumpers Program and be a replacement broodmare for her Zeus mare. Very long legged, moder type and really, really pretty.
