It Was A Good Day To Be An American In Gothenburg

Today was a very very long day! We rode early in the morning in the main ring at 7:30—this was the only time we could ride and the class didn't go until 6:30 at night!

After I finished riding both horses I went to spend the day with my parents. My Dad just arrived after a very long journey from the States. We walked around and found a fun cafe for lunch. I really like this city and have enjoyed some of the free days just to walk around and explore.

Now We Know When We Go!

We started early this morning to ride the horses in the ring at 7:30. After flatting both horses, I headed straight to the gym around the corner where Sage Clarke, Charlie Jayne, and Saer Coulter also joined me to work out.

After some good exercise I headed back just to change and return to the show for the 1.45-meter power and speed class. Goose (Ligist) felt a bit tired and didn't jump like himself really—it was a very long trip up here so hopefully a good night's rest and he will feel better tomorrow.

Fellers Finally Brings A Rolex FEI World Cup Win Home

's-HertogenboschApril 22

Perhaps sometime in the next few days, Rich Fellers will have a few moments to spend quietly with Flexible, the horse he describes as his best friend and a pet. They’ll stand quietly and reminisce as good friends do about the fans stomping their feet, the thrilling dash to the finish line, and the glare of the spotlight as they galloped around gloriously.

For it’s finally happened. For the first time in 25 years, a U.S. rider has won the Rolex FEI World Cup Final.
