2013 Adequan FEI North American Junior And Young Rider Championships

Although they came to the Adequan/FEI North American Junior and Young Rider Championships with a mixed bag of experience, the Area III young rider team came out on top after cross-country over a tough track designed by David O’Connor.
For the first time since 1996, Mexico brought home an individual gold medal in the show jumping competition at the Adequan/FEI North American Junior and Young Rider Championships.
She may have been the last rider of the day at 6:20 p.m, but Ayden Uhlir didn’t let it get to her. Aboard Sjapoer, her 2012 individual junior gold medal mount, Uhlir topped the young rider individual test at the Adequan/FEI North American Junior and Young Rider Championships.
Despite a difficult start to the week, the Zone 2 team pulled things together and delivered a strong performance to take home the gold medal in the young rider team show jumping final at the Adequan/FEI North American Junior and Young Rider Championships.

The first day of competition at the 2013 Adequan/FEI North American Junior & Young Rider Championships presented by Gotham North saw team medals presented in the junior and young rider divisions in the USDF/Platinum Performance North American Junior and Young Riders' Dressage Championship.
