Throwback Thursday: Watch Bill Steinkraus' Classic Style In Action

In light of the sad news of the passing of one of show jumping’s legendary figures, William C. “Bill” Steinkraus, we put together some videos of the classic stylist in action:

Steinkraus’ round aboard the great Snowbound in the 1968 Mexico City Olympic Games, narrated by Bernie Traurig of EquestrianCoach.com:

Watch this amazing round from the 1965 National Horse Show in Madison Square Garden, where Snowbound slips and almost falls in a turn but they go on to win the class:
