Stadium Jumping Takes Over Fieldstone Show Park 2013 Horse Show Management

Stadium Jumping, Inc. is pleased to announce that it will be taking over the management of the Fieldstone Show Park horse shows during the 2013 season. As was evident for much of the 2012 show season, Michael Morrissey and Stadium Show Jumping added a new element to the exhibitors' overall experience. Scott Clawson, President and C.E.O. of the Fieldstone Show Park has ensured continuous improvement through all weeks of competition from May through August of 2013. Stadium Jumping and Morrissey are taking over all responsibility: from the show office staff and ground crews, to the prize lists and show schedules.

The Fieldstone Show Park will be hosting a rider reception meeting with the Silver Oak Jumper Tournament to discuss improvements and updated news on the 2013 shows during the Winter Equestrian Festival. Everyone is invited to the reception, which will be held on Friday, January 25 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. at the Wellington Club on the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center's showground. Cocktails and light food will be available for guests to enjoy while they discuss the future of the show series.

The 2013 Show Dates include:

  • Fieldstone April ~ April 6-7 ~ USEF "A"
  • Fieldstone Spring Festival ~ May 15-19 ~ USEF "AA" ~ 4 Star Jumpers
  • Plymouth Rock Classic ~ June 19-23 ~ USEF "AA" ~ 4 Star Jumpers
  • Summer Showcase ~ August 20-24 ~ USEF "AA" ~ 4 Star Jumpers

"We are currently doing a two phase reconstruction of the grounds and the rings. It's very difficult to continue improvements to the property and also be in the show office," said Fieldstone Show Park President Scott Clawson. "We have so much happening as far as capital improvements, that I find it difficult to be in the field and also answer the phone, questions and handle the paperwork. I've worked with Michael for four years now, and I really like how handles the horse shows. I think it will be a big improvement for the exhibitors and the spectators."

"I have always enjoyed managing the shows at Fieldstone," said Stadium Jumping's Michael Morrissey. "It is in a great area and there is a good foundation that we can use to take the events to the next level. I love that facility; it's close to everything and very well laid out."
