In 2011, they finished third in an advanced division at Morven Park (Va.) and 14th at the Dansko Fair Hill CCI*** (Md.). This spring they finished 11th in a division of advanced at the Pine Top Spring Advanced (Ga.) and 10th in an advanced division at The Fork (N.C.).
Madeline is one of my favorite types of horse—a hot, Thoroughbred, chestnut mare. Holly understands her completely, rides her sympathetically, and they have a very good chance of finishing on their dressage score. Considering that Madeline is a hot, Thoroughbred, chestnut mare, their dressage score will not be good enough to put them in the top placings.
