Dressage rider and trainer Kenneth Acebal, Alpharetta, Ga., was arrested on June 8 and is being charged with methamphetamine possession and indecent exposure.
After receiving a tip from a truck driver who had “seen a naked man in a Cadillac SUV driving on State Route 19 near Cumming,” Forsyth County (Ga.) deputies sought out the vehicle, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Upon pulling Acebal over, deputies discovered the 46-year-old driver’s pants were in disarray, or “twisted,” and pornographic magazines as well as a pipe with methamphetamine residue were present in the car.
According to the Daily Mail, “Acebal admitted he had performed a sex act on himself while driving.”
The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that Acebal met bond and was released from jail on June 18.
Acebal was also arrested in April on attempted child molestation charges after driving to meet an underage individual—who was actually an FBI agent posing as a child—for sex following an online conversation.
