Equestrian Sport Productions (ESP), the management company of the 2014 FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival and Adequan Global Dressage Festival, is pleased to announce that they will be offering paid internships in various divisions of the company for the winter season. The majority of the internships will begin on Monday, January 6, 2014.
The internships are a great opportunity to learn the aspects of the many divisions that help make the world's largest and longest running horse show a success.
ESP is looking for interns in the following categories: Sponsorship, Special Events, and Concierge & Box Office.

This is an ideal division for an Intern looking for a career in the Sponsorship and Sports Marketing sector. You will gain invaluable experience assisting with sponsors, fulfillment and activations, and liaising with staff. Requires showground logistics and office administrative skills. Applicant must have great time management skills, be able to stay for night events, and be very organized. This internship may start as soon as November 1, 2013, and continue through April 2014. Events & Community Outreach: The intern for Events & Community Outreach will help in a variety of ways during the 12 week FTI WEF and AGDF circuits. Responsibilities include helping manage entertainment and kid's activities, coordinating community outreach efforts, being a liaison to Food and Beverage, and assisting during special events. Applicant must have great time management skills, have an outgoing personality, be able to stay for night events, and be very organized. This is a six-day work week from January through March. Concierge & Box Office:
The Concierge & Box office intern duties will include, but are not limited to: Communicate and assist with our visitors to the FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival and The Adequan Global Dressage Festival, distribute promotional materials in local businesses and on the grounds, work with ticket sales, assist with VIP Box seats guests, promote the events, assist at night events, and assist at the information booth. Prior experience within the equestrian show world is preferred. An applicant with an outgoing, pleasant manner is best suited for this position.
