Dressage At Devon To Add Fourth Level Test

Due to overwhelming requests, Dressage At Devon (Pa.) has added a fourth level, test 1, class on Friday, Oct. 1.  Late fees have been waived until Sept. 15, and entries will be accepted until the class is full. It will be class No. 26 on the updated prize list, which can be found on the Dressage At Devon website.
