Courtney King Dye Released From Rehab Facility

Olympic dressage rider Courtney King Dye, who was severely injured in a fall on March 3, has been released from the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, where she has been living since March 29.

According to her trainer and mentor Lendon Gray, Dye will return to the West Orange, N.J., rehabilitation facility for speech and physical therapies, but will be living at home otherwise in New Milford, Conn.

Dye sustained the injury in Loxahatchee, Fla., while riding a young horse. She was not wearing a helmet at the time and sustained a skull fracture in the fall, which left her in a coma for more than two weeks.

Dye has been updating her fans of her progress through her website.
