Update: Courtney Dye Still In Coma After Serious Fall

While the pressure in Courtney Dye's brain has subsided slightly overnight, after taking her off the sedation, she is in a coma reported Lendon Gray.

"The neurosurgeon says it could be long term—or she could wake up in five minutes. He was less optimistic today than last night," said Gray.

Dye, a member of the 2008 U.S. Olympic dressage team, suffered an accident on March 3 while schooling a horse at home in Loxahatchee, Fla.

The horse Dye was riding had a simple slip and fell down on his side. Dye was knocked unconscious and was taken by helicopter to a hospital in North Palm Beach, Fla.

She has a skull fracture and some small brain bleeds.
