Fresno, CA - September 5, 2013 - Entries open this week for the NEW Fresno County Horse Park Horse Trials! Fresno County Horse Park (FCHP) is pleased to announce Course Builder, Bert Wood and his team, will be creating the courses and maintaining the footing on Cross-Country. Wood has been around Fresno for many years and is sure to make the footing as foot perfect as is expected of his many courses around the US.
Wood will be joined by new FCHP Cross-Country Course Designer, Jay Hambly, an FEI “I” Course Designer. Hambly is excited to bring a CIC2*, CIC1* and Intermediate course to the facility in February of 2014. In addition to the new tracks Hambly will be putting his touch on all the levels offered at the FCHP.
The changes at FCHP continue with the Show Jumping courses being designed by Sarah Dubost who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and already designs courses throughout California. In addition to the new footing and courses at FCHP, competitors will have a new feel of the organization with Gray Area Events as the new secretary, which has become a usual comfort for riders in the show office. “I am excited at what the new team will bring to our facility and look forward to welcoming back the competitors this fall,” stated John Marshall, Organizer of the FCHP.
The entire new team is eager to bring the FCHP back to a pivotal event in the California Eventing Circuit. Make sure to not miss the excitement of the October Horse Trials on October 19-20 and send your entry early! For more information on the FCHP visit www.fresnohorsepark.com.
