From Apex Equestrian Center’s Grand Prix horse, Wadisson, to a pony named Piny Soprano who took part in the leadline class, the Apex horses put their best hooves forward to take home the prestigious Arenus award.

The Arenus Performance and Conditioning Award is sponsored by Arenus, a premier provider of innovative health and nutritional products for pets and horses. Apex trainers Matt Holberg and Thaisa Erwin were thrilled with their Arenus win. “We really appreciate that Arenus sponsored the award,” Erwin said. “Presentation is very important at shows and we always try and turn our horses out to the highest standard.”

Erwin said they use the famous Arenus product SORE NO-MORE® on their horses and they also use ASSURE® Guard, an innovative digestive supplement designed to help horses cope better with lifestyle changes like competition, training, transport, and feed changes. “Our Grand Prix horse Wadisson came in second in the $40,000 HITS Culpeper Grand Prix and after the class we used the SORE NO-MORE® Liniment on him,” Erwin said. “We are also looking forward to trying the Arenus joint supplement, STEADFAST®.”

While Apex Equestrian Center is a fan of the ASSURE® products, trainers and owners across the country are turning to ASSURE PLUS® to protect their horses. ASSURE PLUS® is a sand clearance supplement uniquely formulated to support overall gastrointestinal health through their exclusive GST® technology. ASSURE PLUS® contains whole blond psyllium husks and direct-fed microbials to support hindgut motility and nutrient absorption when used as directed.

Arenus features the product families ASSURE® digestive aids, STEADFAST® joint & structural health supplement, EQUILITE™ herbal blends, SORE NO-MORE® topicals, and two products containing DHA/Omega-3 – ALEIRA™ for respiratory health and RELEIRA™ for reproductive health. The company is dedicated to delivering scientifically sound health and nutritional products so pets and horses can have many happy years working, playing and competing. The Arenus staff includes more than 75 animal health professionals and veterinarians who believe that supplements should be supported by science.
