All Reining Horses Accepted At World Equestrian Games Trot Up

Sep 11, 2018 - 3:17 PM

Mill Spring, N.C.—Sept. 11

All 63 horses presented for the reining inspection were accepted to begin competing at the FEI World Equestrian Games.  Competition for the reiners kicks off Wednesday, Sept. 12.

These little sliders and spinners may be among the shortest horses at the Games, but what they lack in stature they make up for in swagger! Check out our photos from the reining jog below.

The reining horses are probably among the coolest equine customers at the Games. Most watched quietly while their teammates went down the jog strip.
